Associate Attorney, Carlsbad, CA

We have an immediate opening for an associate attorney to work directly with a partner in our Carlsbad, CA office.  The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience in civil litigation. We are looking for an early career candidate to join our growing firm. Experience with construction defect claim pre-litigation, arbitration, and litigation of such claims in Superior Court is preferred but not required.

The ideal candidate will have strong organization and communication skills and will assist with all aspects of representation of homeowner associations (discovery, disclosures, depositions, arbitration and jury trial).

Strong research and writing skills are essential. This position will include travel (some overnight stays) throughout Southern California. A willingness to learn this practice field, a strong work ethic and a positive attitude are essential.

California Bar membership required.
